Finding Connection and Understanding in AA
Have you ever felt the urge to go to AA, but your mind resists, creating an unsettling feeling of discomfort or hesitation? Perhaps your thoughts spiral into conclusions like, "I don’t like these people," or "It’s going to take too much effort to fit in or get to know someone." These feelings are completely natural. As alcoholics, we often grapple with fear, doubt, and self-judgment when considering stepping into a new environment like Alcoholics Anonymous. But here’s the truth: AA understands you. It’s a community built on shared experiences, where no one expects perfection, and everyone is there for the same reason—to seek healing and growth. The program isn’t about judgment or fitting into a mold; it’s about becoming the best version of yourself, step by step, with the support of people who genuinely care. Trust the process, and know that AA welcomes you exactly as you are.

In response to this growing need, we are excited to announce that we are now opening our doors every day of the week. Our goal is to ensure that no one in our community goes without a meal, and with this expansion, we are better equipped to meet the rising demand. Support Our Mission: Help Us Raise $25,000 for a Community LED Sign
We are your neighbors, working tirelessly to make a difference in our community every single day. As a soup kitchen and pantry, we are open 7 days a week, ensuring that no one in need goes hungry. We are also proud to be a recovery church, providing a safe and supportive environment for those seeking hope and healing. Now, we need your help to take our mission even further.
We are raising $25,000 to install an LED sign outside our church. This sign will serve as a beacon of hope, sharing critical updates, uplifting messages, and information about our resources with the community. But we can’t do it without the help of our neighboring businesses and generous supporters like you.

Our story
Enriching Lives Beyond Our Core Programs
At our community center area, we are dedicated to offering meaningful activities beyond our church services, recovery programs, and health enhancement groups. For our children, we are excited to provide the after-school program "Meals & Notebooks", a space designed to nurture both their academic and nutritional needs. This spring, thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we successfully raised $30,000, which has allowed us to move forward with an addition currently in progress to support even more initiatives. For our elders, we are proud to host the weekly group "Seniors & Art", fostering creativity and connection among our senior members. These programs reflect our ongoing commitment to enhancing the lives of everyone in our community.

The Guild of Enhancing Health: A Beacon of Support for Mental Wellness &
Building Confidence and Connection Through Personal Growth
The various support groups in our church are clear, as many seek to address specific challenges and desired growth. However, one group that truly stands out is The Guild of Enhancing Health. This group is dedicated to supporting individuals dealing with some of the most intimate and personal struggles, like personal hygiene, enhancing self-esteem, and nurturing the ability to care for oneself and others. We have seen this in many different kinds of people,
including mental illness, recovering from addiction, abuse, PTSD among veterans, the challenges faced by the elderly, and adults living with ADHD.
Participants will learn the value of opening up, sharing laughter, and building meaningful connections. The group will engage in well-prepared presentations on these important topics, followed by interactive activities such as games, journaling, open discussions, and creative art sessions. If needed, we also provide opportunities to contribute through community or county service, helping participants develop a sense of purpose and belonging. Together, we aim to create a supportive environment where growth, self-expression, and connection thrive.
By fostering a community grounded in friendship and caring, The Guild provides a safe, understanding environment where members can heal, grow, and strengthen their resilience. In a world where these issues often lead to isolation, The Guild of Enhancing Health offers meaningful connection, compassion, and hope for those navigating these difficult journeys.
Our story
Our Journey: Building Household of Faith
In 1999, our church began its humble journey in a small house on this property. Just a year later, with faith and determination, we tore down that house to make way for something greater—a place to bring people together in worship and community. By July 2002, we proudly opened the doors to our church, “Household of Faith.” From the very beginning, our vision extended beyond just serving as a place of worship. Inspired by a deep commitment to our community in Saint Paul Park, MN. Then Rosella’s Soup Kitchen and Pantry—a haven of nourishment and support for those in need. Today, this vision remains at the heart of everything we do, as we strive to be a beacon of hope and service to all who walk through our doors.
Find Community and Grow in Faith
In the evenings, you can dive into support groups for a little encouragement, explore Scripture through engaging Bible studies, pick up new insights in dynamic Bible classes, or simply hang out and build faith-filled friendships. Whatever you're seeking, there's a space here to help you connect, grow, and be inspired in your spiritual journey. Whether looking for a hot meal or deeper connections or meaningful discoveries, you'll find a welcoming place to belong.

Our history
Important Program Update
We are excited to share that the construction of our Afterschool Program addition to the building is currently in progress. Please note that our Senior & Arts Program is not yet scheduled, and the Guild of Enhancing Health is also not included on the current calendar. Additionally, these three programs, along with all the special events we coordinate with the church, are not reflected on the current schedule. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to expand and enhance our offerings for the community.
Community Update: Supporting Growing Needs
There have not been any recent major changes to our financial or organizational circumstances. However, we are witnessing a significant growth in the needs of our soup kitchen, which continues to serve an increasing number of individuals in our community. Additionally, there are a few groups that we have not yet written grants for but are eager to seek support as we expand our efforts. We remain committed to ensuring that our resources and services align with the growing demands.
Our Current Goals
At this time, we are focused on several important initiatives aimed at enriching our community and fostering growth. Our current goals include the addition of new classrooms to support the after school program, the development of an elders program to engage and support our senior community and The Guild’s Enhancing Health program to promote wellness for all members. Furthermore, we are excited to introduce a winter children's 8-week art schedule, designed to inspire creativity and provide a fun, educational outlet during the colder months. Together, these efforts aim to build a stronger, more connected community for everyone.

Supporting Our own in the past: Building a Brighter Future
In the past, our congregation and special offerings have been the primary source of support for our project. Thanks to the generosity and commitment of our community, we’ve been able to make a meaningful impact. While we continue to rely on this invaluable support, the growing needs of our initiative call for expanding our efforts. That’s why we are excited to take the first steps into grant writing. By exploring new funding opportunities, we aim to strengthen our foundation and further our mission, ensuring that we can continue making a difference for years to come. Together, we can rise to meet these challenges and achieve even greater milestones.
